新規事業の立ち上げ
①経営計画（中期計画、単年度計画）の立案・策定・予算編成
②事業開始から数年後までのスケジュール想定しそこからの事業の基本計画立案
③事業開始後の人員計画や資金計画の作成
新会社設立準備
今回配属の新会社設立準備室室長とともに事業運営準備をします。
