In response to the current situation where cyber-attacks are affecting more than 70% of the companies in Japan, we have entered the security market and achieved rapid growth.
We specialize in a niche and high-demand field, and have become the No. 1 provider in the market in just three years since entering the market.
In the future, we plan to focus on developing new security services based on cyber security, big data, and AI, including AI to respond to unknown attacks, IoT security, and the provision of attack data.

Responsibilities

自社セキュリティサービス全般における、顧客への技術営業・サポートを担っていただきます。
業務内容：

• WAFを中心とした自社セキュリティ運用サービスの提案
• パブリッククラウドのネイティブ機能を活用したセキュリティ運用サービスの提案（AWS/Azure/Google Cloud）
• インサイドセールスまたはパートナーからの見込み顧客の提案仮説資料の作成（営業チームと連携）
• 顧客・パートナーに対しての課題ヒアリング（営業同行）・プロダクトへのFB
• デモや技術観点での質問回答
• 直販営業やパートナーへプロダクト情報のデリバリーや勉強会を開催

Requirements

必須要件：

• TCP/IPネットワーク、DNSやHTTPプロトコルの基本理解
• オンプレミス環境でのシステム構築または提案経験
• クラウドプラットフォーム（AWS、Azure、Google Cloudなど）でのシステム構築または提案経験

歓迎要件：

• Webシステムの構成設計やトラブル対応を含む実務経験
• 顧客の課題や要望をヒアリングし、技術的な視点から整理・提案を行った折衝経験
• 営業や開発と連携したセールスエンジニア活動経験
• チーム内での技術展開・ドキュメント整備などのリード経験
• AWS、Azure、Google Cloud等に関する資格保有者
