Responsibilities

当ポジションのチームでは、直近のタスクとして各プロダクトで使用しているマスタデータの共通化プロジェクトを推進しています。大規模なユーザーベースを持つサービスにおいて、UXやアーキテクチャの最適化は難易度が高いものとなります。このようなチャレンジングなプロジェクトに共に取り組む方を、私たちは心よりお待ちしています。ぜひご応募ください。
業務内容：

• これまでの開発組織マネジメント経験・サービス開発経験を活かし 、HR領域のエンジニア組織全般に対して、以下の役割・責務を担っていただきます。
• マスタデータ共通基盤の設計・開発・移行・運用PJのマネジメント、現場リーダーのフォローアップ
• 海外の開発チームとの協業におけるディレクション
• 配下の開発チーム運営・強化、採用・評価を通じた後継者や次世代リーダーの育成
• エンジニアの満足度や開発者体験を向上させる施策の検討・実行

Requirements

必須要件：

• プロジェクトマネジメントのご経験
• エンジニアとして概ね5年以上のWebサービス開発経験
• ビジネス基礎レベルの英語力（TOEIC700点相当以上）
