- 事業DX推進部標準化推進企画課にて、事業部門のデジタル化の促進やシステム企画や予算化を推進いただきます。事業戦略を理解した上で、事業に貢献するIT/デジタル環境の企画・整備をグローバル規模で主導する超上流での業務ができるポジションです。SIでのプロジェクト経験や社内SEでのシステム企画の経験など、製造業領域での中規模以上プロジェクトの推進経験がある方を歓迎しております。①IT/デジタルのグローバル（日本、北米、南米）ワーキングに参加し、IT領域における全体方針（データ活用、工場系、営業系等）の企画検討②グローバルIT/デジタル方針を日本リージョンへ反映するためのテーマ毎の調査～企画フェーズまでの計画、実行フォロー③直近の数年間(3年程度)は対象の関係会社への出向メンバーもしくは兼務メンバーの一員として、上記①②の施策推進へ注力頂くことを想定しています
