Responsibilities

• 事業運営に関わる様々なITガイドラインの策定をはじめ、多様なミッションや課題に対し、現状把握、プロジェクト計画、実行推進、関係者との調整など、エンドツーエンドのプロジェクトマネジメントをお任せします。

主な業務内容:

• 個別案件対応（社内IT相談窓口、アンケート等）

-企画、スキーム開発、チーム設立、リリース-プロジェクトの運営と改善

• データ分析とレポート作成

-BIツールとExcelを使用したデータ分析-経営陣向けレポートおよびプレゼンテーション資料の作成

• 部門間の連携とコミュニケーション

-関連部門との連携とサポートの促進-運用レベルでの社内IT戦略と取り組みの実装をサポート

• その他

-内部統制とガバナンスの観点からの経営-AIプロモーション-DXプロモーション

Requirements

• PMやPMOなどのプロジェクトマネジメント職で3年以上の経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
