Specifically, we provide AI-based engineer matching services, freelance project introductions, support for maximizing the performance of engineering organizations, and real-time job posting scoring services. We also aim to make Japan a technology-driven nation, and to realize a society that strengthens individual capabilities and connects learning and work. In the future, as a global start-up company, we are also looking to expand in the international market.

Responsibilities

• グローバルエンジニア組織に向けて、Team+を用いて、プロダクト開発組織の課題分析・提案、課題解決支援、及びコンサルティング型の利用促進
• グローバルエンジニア組織のサクセス最大化に向けたオペレーション設計・ナレッジマネジメント
• カスタマーサクセス業務で培ったナレッジを事業部の他部門へ還元（プロダクトへの反映、セールス・マーケティング部門への共有）

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネス・ネイティブレベルの英語力
• 法人営業、コンサルティング、カスタマーサクセス等、いずれかの経験

歓迎条件：

• プログラミング経験、もしくはプログラミングの学習経験
• 新規サービス立ち上げ・グロース経験
• SaaS事業に携わったご経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントスキル
