- 【配属組織について（概要・ミッション）】住民に非常に近い自治体(政令市、府県)をターゲットにしており、同社の社会貢献(社会価値向上)を実現する重要な領域の１つを担っている組織です。今後はこれまでの自治体を支える業務システム、システム基盤のサポートに加え、自治体システムの標準化、DXをサポートしていくことがミッションとなります。
【職務概要】中部地区において、1つまたは複数のプロジェクトを担当し、チームを率いるリーダとして対応いただきます。プロジェクトのビジョンと計画書の作成に重点を置き、プロジェクト全体の推進、報告、およびパフォーマンスを管理するとともに、期待される納期、予算、および対象範囲を守る立場としてプロジェクトを推進いただきます。また今後、クラウド化や自治体DXの推進等による新たなビジネスの創出・提案活動にも参画いただきます。
【職務詳細】上長の指導のもと、主体的にプロジェクト計画を作成し、リソース・リスク・問題等のプロジェクトの管理全般を行います。利害関係者との関係構築を図り、ニーズおよび懸念事項を確認・対応いただきます。また、提案活動においては社内各部門との調整や意見交換、顧客要求事項の確認や顧客への製品紹介・提案などを対応いただきます。
【配属組織】各人が個々のプロジェクトの仕事を担うことが多いですが、地域的な一体感を持った職場のため、相談や協力がしやすい環境です。その中で1つまたは複数のプロジェクトを担当し、チームを率いるリーダとして対応いただきます
【働き方について】担当するプロジェクトにもよりますが、在宅勤務の併用も可能です。
