■具体的な業務内容
データドリブン創薬加速を目指したデータ利活用の中長期的な戦略立案・提案・遂行
戦略遂行のための意識改革、チーム・プロジェクトマネジメント、人財育成計画の策定と実行
抗体/低分子・中分子、薬効薬理/安全性（非臨床）、オミックスなど創薬研究における各種データベースのデザインや構築
データサイエンティスト専門家向けの大規模データ解析環境のデザインや構築
研究データの収集管理及び利活用の推進施策の立案と実行
上記を含む部門横断的なデジタルIT基盤の導入/構築における構想立案、要件定義、構築、運用管理及びそれらに係る外注委託先のマネジメント
