Responsibilities

リテンション改善担当として、下記業務をお任せします:

• WEB・紙面制作（イベント用制作含）の進行設計およびディレクション
• 目的・要件整理、関係部門（マーケ・営業・制作）との調整と合意形成
• 制作フローや役割分担の整理、RACI・SOW等を用いた進行管理
• 制作物の品質管理および改善提案、運用フェーズでの課題抽出
• 複数案件の優先順位整理とリソース調整、プロジェクト全体の最適化

Requirements

• 経験年数: 5～7年以上のWEBディレクター実務経験
• 出身業界: Web制作会社、事業会社のWeb部門、広告代理店のうち、いずれか。
• 英語力：TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上（またはそれに相当する資格取得）

歓迎条件:

• HTML/CSS、JavaScript、CMSに関する実務経験
• ライティング経験
• 紙面媒体/イベント制作物のディレクション経験
• 業務でのAI活用経験
