Responsibilities

• ビジネス要件の理解、要件定義、関係者レビュー
• ワイヤーフレーム作成、制作ディレクション、検品
• 機能改善プロジェクトのUI／UXデザイン
• 会議ファシリテート、アジェンダ・議事録作成
• 競合調査やUIトレンド分析
• ユーザーリサーチ（定量／定性）
• ユーザビリティテスト
• ABテスト設計
• リリース前の効果試算、リリース後の効果測定

Requirements

必須条件：

• WEBサイトのUI／UXディレクションの実務経験
• UI設計やサイト運用に必要なHTML／CSS等の知識を所持
• FigmaでUIデザインの設計経験
• プロジェクト推進の経験（目標の可視化・数値化し進行）
• 定性定量のユーザーリサーチなどUXに関する経験
• データ分析、KPI策定・効果検証の経験
• 英語：TOEIC（R）800点以上（もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること）
