Responsibilities

社内SEとして、ITインフラの設計・構築・運用から、社員の生産性を高めるデジタルワークプレイスの提供まで幅広くお任せします。
業務詳細：部署では下記業務を中心に担当しています。これまでの経験やスキルに応じお任せする業務内容を決定します。

• アイデンティティ・エンドポイント管理
  • Active DirectoryやEntra IDの設計・運用
  • Intune／Autopilotを活用した端末管理の最適化
  • PC・モバイルの資産およびライフサイクル管理
• クラウドサービス・IT基盤運用
  • Microsoft365の管理およびガバナンス整備
  • サーバー運用および業務プロセスの最適化
  • ワークフロー改善による業務効率化
• ITサービス管理・改善
  • ITSMを活用した問い合わせ・インシデント対応
  • IT資産管理プロセスの最適化
  • 社内課題の抽出と技術による改善提案

Requirements

必須要件：※以下いずれかの経験がある方

• Active Directory または Microsoft 365（Entra ID含む）の運用実務経験（3年以上目安）
• WindowsサーバーまたはLinuxサーバーの管理経験
• IT資産管理の運用経験

歓迎要件：

• Intune /Autopilot を用いたデバイス管理の自動化経験
• PowerShell等のスクリプトを用いた業務効率化の経験
• ITSMフレームワークに基づいた実務経験
• ネットワークに関する基礎知識
