保守計画の策定と遂行、緊急時における対応方針決定、関係部門への指揮命令
お客様の状況に応じたサービス・ソリューションの検討と提案
※補足：海外パートナーとの連携においては、英語でのコミュニケーションが必要となる場面があります。データセンターに常駐して業務を実施いただく可能性があります。
ご経験によっては国内に加えて、海外サービス体制の整備にも従事頂く可能性があります。
