Responsibilities: 担当製品に対する品質保証業務を行うチームの中核メンバーとして、製品ライフサイクル全体にわたる品質確保と継続的改善を牽引する役割を担います。
品質保証の専門性を活かし、中核メンバーとして自主的な判断を行い，重要事項は上位者と連携して職務遂行します。
将来的にリーダーとして活躍するための管理力を身につけることが期待されます。主な業務内容は以下のとおりです。QMS維持向上；担当する製品・サービスの企画、開発、販売推進の各部門が、品質マネジメントシステム(QMS)を有効に適用しているか、内部監査等で確認し、継続的改善を中心となって支援する

海外生産会社監査；16ある海外の生産会社(工場)が、定められた手順にしたがった生産活動を行っているか確認し、活動の向上をフォロー，支援する

規格適合外部監査対応；防爆、安全等に関する規格の要求事項である、外部機関による監査を規格・法制適合担当部署とともに対応する

商品開発レビュー；商品企画、製品開発の一連のプロセスの中に設けている成果のレビューに参加し、レビュー後に次のフェーズに進んで品質を保てる成果を出せているか，上位者と連携しながら監視および判断を遂行する

出荷判定；製品を市場に初めて出荷する際に、製品の機能が仕様を満たしたものとなっているか、また出荷する国や地域の法令、防爆、環境規制に合致したものとなっているか，必要な情報を整理し、上位者の判断を支援する

不適合処理；出荷した製品・サービスに不具合が疑われる報告があった場合に、それが不具合であるのかどうか、不具合であった場合にどのような処理が必要かといった調査をサービスエンジニアリング部門、開発部署、販売推進部署と協働して実行し、判断は上位者と連携して対応する
