- Responsibilities
Create and cultivate relations with JOEM customers ( VMs & Tier 1 ) to the extent that the company is considered as development partner and series supplier of brake pads.

■Main responsibilities:
Manage OEM accounts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with customers to drive sales promotion activities.
Engage and facilitate open and equal discussion of business prospects with Japanese OEM / T1 as much as possible (aim for knowing them all)
Present and demonstrate the company's technology and its value proposition to customers, effectively conveying the benefits and competitive advantages.
Collaborate with global J-OEM teams (and customers) to develop sales promotion strategies tailored to specific OEMs.
Conduct thorough research and gather relevant information on OEMs, T1 partners, and competitors, providing accurate and timely reports to the global team.
Build and maintain trust with customers, fostering long-term partnerships and enhancing the company's reputation as a reliable and innovative technology provider.
Collect regularly information from OEMs, Tier1s and competitors regarding strategy, projects, objectives regarding brake systems / components and share this information with JOEM team enabling the company to develop solutions which anticipate customer’s needs & wants.
