Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
環境・安全衛生（EHS）エンジニアとして、法令・社内基準に基づくEHSマネジメントの推進、安全で持続可能な職場環境の構築、ならびに関係部門と連携したリスク低減および安全文化の醸成を担当します。
グローバル方針を踏まえたEHS施策の展開と継続的な改善活動を通じて、拠点のEHSパフォーマンス向上に貢献します。

■具体的な業務内容

• CKM業務管理
  • CKM・スペアパーツ事業の運営支援および売上・需要予測
  • SAPを活用した受発注、請求、調達および故障解析対応
  • 関係部門との連携によるプロジェクト・サービス業務の推進
• 環境・安全衛生（EHS）推進
  • EHSマネジメントシステムの運用および法令遵守の推進
  • リスク評価、事故調査、監査対応および是正活動の実施
  • 安全教育、環境管理および継続的改善活動の推進
• 総務・管理業務
  • オフィス運営および各種管理業務の遂行
  • 文書管理、備品調達およびベンダー対応
  • 広島拠点における社内外窓口業務の担当

Requirements

■必須

• 2年以上のEHS、受発注管理（Order Management）、または管理部門での実務経験
• SAP利用経験
• Microsoft Officeの実務経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネス上級レベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎

• 製造業または工業系企業での業務経験
