- 投資機能…スタートアップ投資、CVC設立、M&A、ファンド出資、不動産投資、JV設立など投資に関わるものを幅広く実行しています。投資の実務だけでなく、当社にとって必要な戦略的なパートナーの発掘から交渉までを担う重要な機能です。2019年からM&Aが5件、スタートアップやファンドへの出資は20件以上、合計約300億円以上の投資を実行しています。
事業推進機能…当社の新規事業やグループ企業の事業を前進させるための事業推進を行っています。事業責任者や子会社社長の参謀として事業戦略や組織戦略など多岐に渡って支援しています。子会社のCFO候補やCOO候補を出向によって支援するなど「経営」の経験を短期間で濃密に詰むことができます。
事業開発機能…グループ企業や社内事業との新規事業開発を担っています。国内だけでなく、海外での新規事業も準備しています。投資に関わっている部署だからこそできる投資先とのパートナーシップやJV設立など事業成功の確率を高めるための手段はありとあらゆるものを検討し、実行しています。
