Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 当社およびサードパーティ製品の図面管理、必要に応じて新製品の図面準備と管理。
• ソリューション提案案件の具体化（文書化）、必要な周辺機器の選定とシステム設計、図面・仕様書作成、PLC制御装置の導入からFAT・SATまでを一元対応。
• 顧客や市場の要求を社内および本社にフィードバック。
• 現状プロセスの改善提案と実施。
• CRMツールを用いた案件開発と管理、売上予測とビジネス計画へのフィードバック。
• 行動の成果をCRMに登録し、設定されたKPIの達成と予算達成のための柔軟なマネジメント。
• CRM管理と行動計画の徹底による営業活動のアウトプットの可視化。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 5年以上の計装業界でのシステムエンジニアとしての経験
• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller/コントロール制御装 置)の設計開発の経験
• CADの使用経験
• 普通自動車免許
• PCスキル (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook , Web meetingなど)
• 論理的思考力
• コミュニケーションスキル
• 英語(抵抗感のないレベル)
