TMT Strategyチームは、ハイテク・メディア・テレコムセクター内でコンピテンシーを横ぐしで担う役割です。
【ランク別には、概ね以下の役割が期待されます】
①Manager以上：
ハイテク・メディア・テレコムセクター横断で戦略、DX上流、顧客伴走型等の案件開拓を、TMTアカウント担当と競業しながら行う。受嘱したプロジェクトについても参画し、複数案件のデリバリーに関与する。
②Manager未満：
プロジェクトにおいて、一つ一つのタスクを高品質に進め、プロジェクトの成功に貢献できる。

TMT（ハイテク・メディア・テレコム）業界はDisruptive Technologyにより激しく揺れ動いています。
Amazon,Googleといったプラットフォーマーが新しいビジネスを創造し、さらに米国や中国のベンチャー企業がそのスピードを上回る速さで急成長しています。同社でも、TMTセクターにおいては様々な案件を支援してきておりますが、今後のクライアントの方向性を左右する、戦略領域の支援にフォーカスをしたチームを新たに立ち上げることとなりました。
TMT Strategyチームでは、TMTの業界/クライアント知見をもとにした戦略領域のコンサルティングに加え、DXといった軸や、顧客伴走型の支援など、よりDown to earthな目線でクライアントを支援するスタイルが特徴です。
