Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 事業部長やシニアマネジメント、マーケティング、ファイナンスと共に、月次予測から年間・中期にわたる事業計画構築をサポートする
• 社内関連部署との適切なコミュニケーションと協業
• 情報やデータを収集・集計し、客観的な事実に基づく戦略立案と意思決定をサポートする
• 達成のためのKPIや主要プロジェクトの進捗を可視化し、事業計画の遂行を推進する
• 法令/コンプライアンス等定められたルールの順守
• 初年度の目標・担当プロジェクト
  • 関連部署と連携して事業計画/予算策定（プロジェクト管理、関連数字の作成サポート、プレゼンシート作成、ファイルの管理など）
  • 主要指標の管理（OPEX/KPIなどの集計・管理・可視化）
  • 定期データ・リサーチ/サーベイの管理（企画・実行・分析・共有など）

Requirements

必須要件：

• 大学学部卒以上
• 事業計画/予算策定の実務経験3年以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（口頭およびメールにおけるビジネス英語）
• PC操作：マイクロソフト・エクセル、ワード、パワーポイントなど問題なく使用可能なレベル
• コミュニケーション能力があって、データの分析やエクセル含めた業務処理能力が高い方。
• 複数人を巻き込んで期日までに完成させる必要がある業務が多々ある為、段取り良くスケジュール含めたビジネス管理を行う必要がある為、細やかな業務進行を得意とする人物。
• 社内外の様々なレベルのステークホルダーを巻き込んで業務を実行できるコミュニケーション能力と実行力。
• 課題に対して、今あるかどうかに関わらず、必要なデータが何かを特定し、収集・分析を行って、説明や提案を行う提案力。
• 先を読み、必要なプロセスを想定して、早めに計画を立てる計画力。
• 業務を減らし生産性を上げるために、プロセスを見直し、システム化する解決力。
• 論理的に考え、理解し頂けるように伝える事が出来る説明力。
