- IPホルダーから有力IPの権利を獲得し、圏内現地法人との連携により当該IPにまつわる全域展開戦略の策定・推進するポジションになります。当社の東南アジア圏の事業拡大に伴い、事業の核心であるIPを東南アジア圏国横断の視点で、企画から獲得、Media-mix展開などを現地法人の担当者と協働し、IP価値の最大化を目指して、総合的にリードできる人材を募集します。
■具体的な業務内容：同社本社にあるSoutheast Asia Headquarters General Manager直下のRegional Media-mix Producerとして以下業務を行っていただきます。重要IPにおける東南アジア圏市場向けの全体展開戦略の策定と個別事業企画の立案。事業種別は主に出版、グッズ、映像、イベントと想定
海外拠点横断PMOとして、IP毎の、事業推進、収支管理、新規スキーム構築、拠点からの運用相談対応、東南アジアHeadquartersと拠点間の意見折衝調整
