Responsibilities

• 予算、実績、予測の管理体制の確立、導入、および強化
• マネジメントレポートを通じて事業のパフォーマンスと状況に関する深い洞察を提供し、重要な経営判断を支援する
• 様々な事業部門に対して、ファイナンス・ビジネスパートナーとしての知見とサポートを提供する
• 事業部内およびグループ全体にわたるアドホック（特別）プロジェクトを主導する（例：事業移管、生産性向上、業務フローおよびガバナンスの確立など）
• 国内外の子会社に対し、サポートとコンサルテーションを提供する

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 高度な定量分析を要する事業企画職務における10年以上の経験
• 会計、財務諸表分析、財務予測モデリングに関する深い理解と豊富な経験
• 強力なプロジェクトマネジメントスキルに加え、複数の複雑なプロジェクトを同時に成功裏に管理した実績
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

• IT、通信業界での事業企画経験
• コンサルティングファームでの戦略策定、業務改善経験
• 投資銀行・PEファンド等での財務分析・投資検討
