Responsibilities

• ECモール内外のメディアに掲載するディスプレイ広告やリスティング広告など各種広告プロダクトの企画開発、また広告主向けの管理ツールやレポート・分析ツールの企画開発を担う、事業側のプロダクトマネージャー組織をリードするグループマネージャーとなります。
• 1つまたは複数のプロダクトを配下メンバーで担当し、日々のKPI管理、プロダクト企画、プロダクトマーケティング、運用業務をマネージャーとして統括します。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 5人以上のチームのマネジメント経験がある
• IT業界でのプロダクトマネジメントもしくはサービス企画職の経験3年以上
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験がある
• 基本的なPCスキル：Word、Excel、PowerPoint
• 英語での読み書き、会話ができる

■歓迎条件：

• Claude code等AIを活用した業務推進
