Responsibilities: Main responsibilities:
System integration (requirements definition, API development, system construction, proposal activities for customers)
Software development (creating use cases, architecture design, detailed design, implementation, testing)
Technical support for customers after software product sales
Responding to customer inquiries, onboarding training, installation (remote or on-site)
Escalation to the oversea support department and development team (inquiries, development requests, etc.)
Escalating issues that cannot be resolved locally to the development team overseas, accurately conveying the situation, and deriving solutions
Providing technical support and training to the sales teamExample Lecturing/training the sales team on the characteristics of the software itself, the benefits it brings to customers, and how to use it (depending on experience)

Volume of Each TaskDaily software development work and system construction at customer sites are the most significant volumes throughout the year, with changes due to seasonal factors such as exhibitions and new product launches.

ChallengesAccurately understanding customer needs and providing solutions that match them, technical skills, leadership to involve team members, and communication skills.

ソフトウェアの開発（ユースケース作成、アーキテクチャ設計、詳細設計・実装・テスト）
ソフトウェア製品販売後のお客様に対する技術サポート
お客様からの問い合わせ対応、オンボーディングトレーニング、インストレーション（リモートもしくは現地）
海外のサポート部門、開発チームへのエスカレーション（問い合わせ、開発要求依頼等）ローカルで解決できないトラブルについて開発先（海外）にエスカレーション→状況を正確に伝えて解決策を導き出す

営業向け技術サポートおよびトレーニング実施(例)営業チームにソフトウェア自体の特性やお客様にもたらすメリットの訴求ポイント、使い方のレクチャー／トレーニング
