Responsibilities

将来の車に搭載されるパワートレインの技術戦略を立案します。企画軸、製品軸、技術軸でさまざまな角度から戦略を立案していきます。

• パワートレイン開発に必要な情報収集、市場調査、データ分析、戦略立案など
• 顧客価値の明確化や、コンセプト作成、ビジネスモデルの構築、事業成立性の確認
• 関係者と密に連携し、開発リソースの確保や投資も考慮しながら検討を推進
• パワートレイン・EV長期戦略の立案
• 車種横断の電動パワートレイン技術コンセプトの立案 など

Requirements

必須条件：

• 自動車、トラック等、2輪分野でさまざな部署と関わり開発を行ってきた経験（部品などは問わずエレ、メカ、ケミ、ソフト幅広く大歓迎です）
• TOEIC(R)テスト550点

歓迎条件：

• パワートレイン開発の経験（モータ、バッテリー、インバータ等）
• 各種フレームワークを用いた情報収集、整理、分析、課題解決経験
