- 入社後はいずれかのエンジン機種担当として、航空機（戦闘機・哨戒機・練習機・ヘリコプター等）用エンジン及び各種部品における製造工程評価に携わっていただきます。具体的には、海外ライセンス製品や自社設計製品における図面や規格の要求事項を理解した上で、供給元（国内製造拠点やサプライヤー）における製造工程が手順書と相違なく行われているかを評価し、要求を満たした製品が確実に製造されることを確認して工程を承認していきます。仕様要求が高い製品となるため、製造工程の変更時には供給元からの申請内容をレビューした上で、工場に駐在している監督官等と調整をしながら必要時には現地での審査も行い、製造品質が維持されているかどうかを確認していきます。
また、防衛装備品移転事業の拡大に向け、ご経験によっては防衛装備品へのAPQP/PPAPの適用業務をお任せすることがあります。製造工程審査に加え、製品の構想段階からプログラムの計画、量産の安定化まで一貫した仕組みの構築を担当します。

- 既存の展開国の営業担当として、ディストリビューターへの製品提案（ご提案から各国向けの仕様決め、損益計算まで実施）を行って頂きます。
商談はリモートがメインになりますが、コロナの状況を見て年に数回の海外出張もあります。
また新規国の場合は、ディストリビューターの選定から商談、契約周りも一緒に進めて行きます。得意な言語圏で2～3ヶ国を担当して頂く想定です。
