It develops and supplies industrial automation solutions, including robot controllers, machine control systems, HMI devices, and servo control technologies for manufacturing equipment. The company supports factory automation, productivity improvement, and digital transformation, while also operating in energy automation and service automation markets.

Responsibilities

まずは営業活動のサポート業務からスタート、徐々に顧客対応の幅を広げていきます。
＜入社初期＞

• 問い合わせ対応（メール・電話）
• 既存顧客・見込み顧客へのフォロー連絡
• 営業資料・提案資料の作成サポート
• CRM へのデータ入力・管理
• 展示会・Web 経由のリード情報整理

＜業務に慣れてきた後＞

• 見込み顧客へのアプローチ（電話・メール）
• 顧客ニーズのヒアリング、情報整理
• フィールドセールスへの商談トスアップ
• マーケティング施策（展示会、キャンペーン）との連携
• 顧客・市場情報の社内フィードバック

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスレベル以上の英語力(取引先・本社との会議に参加可能なレベル)　

※目安：TOEIC(R)テスト800点※社内・取引先を相手に日常的に英語を使用します。
