This position sits at the intersection of engineering, materials science, procurement, and supply chain, partnering closely with R&D teams and global suppliers to enable future technology roadmaps.
■Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for advanced semiconductor materials
- Evaluate supplier capabilities, technology roadmaps, and commercial viability
- Lead supplier selection, qualification, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with technical teams on material selection and co-development activities
- Drive strategic pricing and cost optimization initiatives using analytical and cost-modeling approaches
- Assess supply chain risks and identify alternative sourcing opportunities
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders

■Required- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Process Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Semiconductor Process Development
- Materials Development / Materials Science
- Procurement / Purchasing
- Supplier Management
- Supply Chain
- Semiconductor industry experience
- Professional working proficiency in English
■Preferred- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Semiconductor Process Development, or a related field
- Experience with semiconductor materials
- Supplier sourcing, qualification, and selection experience
- Contract and pricing negotiation experience
- Experience supporting technology development or R&D organizations
- Experience working with global suppliers
- Knowledge of supplier roadmaps, strategic sourcing, or supply chain risk management
