業務内容：
工法開発(混錬技術、圧膜印刷、乾燥技術、レーザー溶接、超音波接合/切断、各種接合、熱封止、注液等の技術開発）電極の新しい作り方の検討、製造プロセス技術開発、製造プロセスを実現する上での設備検討などの実施。
生産設備開発（自動化、自動検査、高速化技術等の開発等）製造するスピードをあげていく為、検査はAI、自動検査機など導入を実施。さらに自動化促進を検討

品質に関して、日本の顧客、ワイパー部門の工場品証、 R&Dサイトとの密にコミュニケーションできるように調整する。
品質問題が発生した際のレジデントエンジニアとともに迅速な対応をする。
生産工場へ支援品質改善の活動
顧客の工場での監査
顧客との定期会議（サプライヤー品質管理）
生産、プロセスの変更に関する４Mマトリックスでの管理
その変更を顧客へ報告及び承認を得る。継続的な改善プロセスに沿って構築された品質基準の尊重
プロセス、製造の変更に伴う品質関連書類の更新のサポート
デザインレヴューや顧客での同様な会議にも参加
内外部品の品質に関して、購買や顧客品証を支援するため
