Our client is a global pioneer in vehicle control systems for heavy commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial confirmation of 0km claim, Issue QR6S, promote and tracking QR6S
• Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure
• Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence
• Sharing / Enforcing best practice (PRP)
• Enter / Manage data of 0km claim to / with SAP
• Obtain customer approval as for prototype / production parts, change control, deviation, etc which is specified by “SQM”.
• Communicate with responsible OPU / suppliers
• Convert VOC in business processes

Requirements

• More than 5 years of working experience in automotive quality assurance area
• Direct contact to customers
• Data analysis by using Excel
• Data entry and administration by using SAP experience preferred
