Responsibilities

Software開発品質の目標（プロセス遵守KPI、アセスメントスコア）を設定し、Software開発計画から開発・完了までの期間、開発プロセス遵守状況の監視及び成果物を確認します。プロセス逸脱が確認されたら責任部門に修正させ、開発終盤でアセスメントを実施してAutomotive-SPICEの規定を満たすSoftware開発プロセスを保証します。扱う製品群：Display、Display Audio、Camera、Camera ECU （Elctronic Control Unit）and related electronic devices.

• 継続的にプロセス遵守性を評価し、必要に応じて適切な警告を行い是正させる。
• R&D部門によって策定された「開発計画」と「検証テスト計画」を確認し、プログラムのマイルストーンに従って確実に完了させる。
• R&D部門のWorkproductsの確認を行い開発計画書で計画しworkproduct の作成、及び管理状況を監視する。
• ソフトウェア正式リリース前にアセスメントを実施する。
• ハードウェアに対しても同様の活動を行う可能性あり。
• 機能安全（ISO26262）、サイバーセキュリティ（ISO21434）のアセスメント対応。

Requirements

必須条件

• 最低3年間の専門的な組み込みソフトウェア開発におけるSQA（品質監査）の経験
• 顧客窓口経験もしくは顧客対応経験
• コミュニケーション能力・調整能力
• 自動車関連産業での経験が理想的ではあるが、自動車以外の組み込みソフトウェアSQA（品質監査）経験者で自動車業界への意欲がある方も対象
