企業のグローバル戦略に基づく業務プロセス・IT基盤のグローバル化という2つのテーマについて、以下の3つのサービスを通じて、お客様のご要望実現の支援をしています。
1. コンサルティング
ビジネスモデルのデザイン、組織改革、業務プロセス設計、システム設計、実行プログラム策定、チェンジマネジメントなどを支援
2. ITソリューションサービス
上記変革プログラムを支えるITソリューション設計、IT導入プログラム策定、オンショア・オフショアを活用したシステム開発およびテスト企画実行、あるいは顧客企業のグローバルIT開発基盤構築などを支援
3. ITサポートサービス
