    Responsibilities
    業務内容:
    物流と商社の双方の機能を包括するサービスにおいて、輸出入サポートや購買代行に関する案件をお任せします。
    スキームの設計から運用、パートナー業者のディレクション、進捗報告までを一貫して対応します。
    自動車部品、家電、通信機器、航空機器などの輸出入を行なう企業が主な顧客です。
    営業の受注後に案件を引き継ぎ、フロント対応~運用までを実施します。
    各案件でメイン・サブの2担当制を取っているため、連携しながら進めていきます。
    メイン担当は7社程度になりますが、スポットの案件も存在します

    日次の経理処理の業務対応(内容によっては、業務レビュー)経費精算、各種支払業務(仕訳の確認及び消費税区分の一次チェック、海外送金、納税業務を含む)
    請求書作成
    仕訳の消込作業

    月次決算、四半期決算、年度決算の業務対応(内容によっては、業務補助)固定資産計上、残高管理(リース資産残高管理含む)
    未収入金の計上、滞留管理
    仮勘定・経過勘定の滞留管理
    金融機関対応
    売上の計上
    給与・賞与の仕訳計上
    各種社会保険に関連するの仕訳計上
    決算整理仕訳計上
    各勘定科目の残高確認(会計ソフト:freee)
