Responsibilities

3月の組織変更に伴い設立した新部署において、日本市場のFinance管理を行っていただきます。

詳細：

• 事業部経営管理、管理会計（Globalのフレームワークに乗っ取った月次連携や数字分析がメイン）
• 事業本部長の傍でファイナンスのサポートを行う管理部門経営管理のファイナンス組織です。年度計画の策定、四半期ごとの実績見通し、月次予実差異分析・報告、レポートの作成、ファイナンス管理及びビジネスアドバイスを行います。Global/Asia Pacific Regionのファイナンス責任者と日本事業部との橋渡し役でもあり、日本の管理部門各所と連携しながら、幅広いポートフォリオ・ファイナンスの提供とサポートを行っています。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 英語コミュニケーション（TOEIC800点以上。Speakingができること）
• PowerBIツール等の分析ツールを活用した数値抽出力
• FP&A業務の知識・経験がある方
