We specialize in the development, manufacture, and distribution of clean air products, supplying products to general passenger car, commercial truck, off-highway, and heavy-duty engine manufacturers. A global supplier headquartered in the U.S., the company's Japanese subsidiary manufactures diesel aftertreatment systems. The Technical Center develops and tests aftertreatment control systems and has established a relationship of trust with Japanese OE manufacturers. We will continue to expand our business by providing products that comply with strict exhaust emission regulations, and aim to preserve the global environment and fulfill our social responsibility.
- Responsibilities

- Maintain current programs and develop the new business with the customer.
- Create/support global strategic planning to approach new business.
- Execute new business development according to the company strategy.
- Manage the interface between Tenneco and the customer.
- Manage sales/commercial negotiations for assigned programs.
- Responsible for total value management activities for all assigned programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requirements

- High level strategic thinking and executive ability to build relationship with a customer.
- Proven successful tracking record in commercial/business as a tier 1 supplier.
- Global experience/exposure
- Strong Leadership skill
- Excellent Communication skill
- Business Level communication skill is must in both English and Japanese.
- Minimum 5-7 years working experience with the customer in commercial
- Problem solving skill
- Global program management skill
- High personal drive
- Ability to work flexibly including night conference calls.
- Domestic and international travel required.
