（1）BSS技術開発のリード
Universal NTNのBSS（Business Support Systems）技術開発プロジェクト全体の計画策定、実行、進捗管理
BSSに関する技術要件の定義、設計、構築、実装、検証プロセス全般の監督
顧客管理、課金、収益管理、CRMなどのBSS機能の開発および最適化
（2）OSS技術開発のリード
Universal NTNのOSS（Operations Support Systems）技術開発プロジェクト全体の計画策定、実行、進捗管理
OSSに関する技術要件の定義、設計、構築、実装、検証プロセス全般の監督
ネットワーク管理、サービスプロビジョニング、障害管理、パフォーマンス管理などのOSS機能の開発および最適化
（3）ベンダー管理
ベンダー選定、契約交渉、パフォーマンス管理
ベンダーとの技術的な打ち合わせや調整、問題解決
（4）技術開発および実装
BSS／OSS関連ソリューションの開発、最適化、テストの指導
最新技術の導入と適用、パフォーマンス評価およびベンチマークテストの実施
（5）プロジェクトの進捗報告およびコミュニケーション
プロジェクトの進捗状況を経営層やステークホルダーに定期的に報告
プロジェクトに関する会議の運営、ドキュメント作成、プレゼンテーションの実施
