Responsibilities

■職務内容：
同社では、M&A戦略立案からディール実行、M&A後の統合にいたるプロセス全体をM&Aライフサイクルと位置付け、各プロセスでさまざまなサービスを提供することで、クライアントのM&Aの成功を総合的にサポートします。
 

Requirements

■必須条件：下記いづれかのご経験
・なんらかのコンサルティング経験（ITコンサル除く）
・FAS、監査法人経験
・証券会社、IB経験
・事業会社のM&A経験
・投資ファンド、ベンチャーキャピタル経験

■歓迎条件：
・M&Aアドバイザリー経験
・グローバルプロジェクト経験
・よりクライアントに近い立場で、企業のM&Aを支援したい方
