Responsibilities

より低コストで小型・軽量・高効率な次世代インバータの実現を可能とする材料技術確立をミッションとし、各種材料の評価・解析を担当していただきます。設計部門とのやり取りも対応していただきます。
業務内容：

• インバータ・電子制御ユニット向け材料開発 (接合材料、封止材料、絶縁材料等)
• 試験、分析機器（引張試験機、硬度計、電子顕微鏡、熱分析装置など）
• CAE解析のオペレーション
• 試験及び分析データの整理、報告書作成
• 社内外の関係部門とのやり取り
• 分析装置の日常点検等，職場の共通業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 金属または有機材料の基礎的な知見、評価経験
• １年以上の電子顕微鏡、引張試験機、硬度計、熱分析などの材料評価用の装置を扱った経験

歓迎要件：

• インバータや電子制御ユニット向け材料の知見や開発、評価経験
• 材料力学の知見や構造解析経験
• 伝熱工学の知見や伝熱解析経験
• シミュレーションによる技術開発経験
• 英語レベル：TOEIC 500点～　(読み書き，メール利用が可)
