Responsibilities

■概要：経営戦略コンサルタントとして、各業界のリーディング企業の経営者が持つ課題に対して解を提示していきます。

■詳細：企業の価値を最大限に伸ばす為に、マーケティングやM&A、組織ビルディングなど様々なコンサルティングを行っていただきます。一つ一つのプロジェクトを数ヶ月単位で進めていただきます（入社当初はプロジェクトをかけもちせずに基本的には一つのプロジェクトにじっくり取り組んでいただきます）。

Requirements

■東証1部上場企業、大手金融機関、中央省庁等で1年以上15年未満程度の勤務経験。経企室や社長室等の企画部門での勤務経験者歓迎
■医師・弁護士・会計士の勤務経験歓迎
■コンサルタントの必要資質として下記３点を重視しています
・インテレクチュアル：粘り強く考え、大胆に発想し、本質を深く洞察する力
・インターパーソナル：お客様の悩みを真に理解し、ロジックと熱意でお客様と向き合い苦楽を共にできる人間力
・成長力：課題を素直に受け入れ、難題にも怯まず挑戦を続け、着実に成長していく力
