- 改善推進担当として製造部に関するロスの分析と改善、オペレーションの効率化、新製品開発テストサポート、安全・品質を担保できる仕組みの順守・改善、生産現場へ組織横断統合型効率改善システムを展開し、ロス削減やオペレータの能⼒開発をリードしていただきます。製造生産（プロセス）に於ける工程での品質改善、効率改善、ロス率低下等を包括的に⾏い円滑なオペレーションの維持を⾏います。
業務内容：
日々の生産活動全般の品質基準及び進捗状況を把握し是正する（請負業者、派遣契約）
製品品質担保、品質クレーム関連、日報管理
内部監査基準の順守、管理維持、改善
工場全体方針に基づき自主保全（AM）チームや継続改善（CI）チームの活動内容の全体工程を策定
全体工程に基づき、製造部や横断型チームと各種調整を図りながら実⾏する。
当社独自のプログラムにおける様々なツールやスキル、他工場の実例などを展開する。
自主保全活動のプロジェクト全体を管理し、製造部への展開を推進する。
