Responsibilities

• 同社のワークスタイル領域における以下の業務を国内外のメンバーを率いて進めて頂きます。
• Microsoft365のグローバル体制での活用推進、具体的には各種機能利用についての現場-エンジニア間の調整、取り纏め。
• Power Platformなど標準ツールの利活用のための推進活動のプランニングやプロモーション。
• 国内外業務アウトソーシングの管理と改善。
• 海外メンバーとはメールやチャットなどを使ってコミュニケーションを日々行い、会議では提案や方針説明、ディスカッションや取り纏めを行ない、グローバルで連携した対応を進めて頂きます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• Microsoft365の深い製品知識。 
• 3年以上のMicrosoft365利活用推進の経験、また新しい機能の調査や検証、ガイドライン策定、リリースの経験。 
• 5年以上の英語でのメールやチャットを使った業務経験、会議でのディスカッションスキル。 
• 5年以上のベンダーコントロールの経験。 
• リーダーとしてチームを取り纏めた経験。

6.5 - 8.5 million yen
