- ■業務内容：このポジションでは、チームメンバーで協力しBI（ビジネスインテリジェンス）や生成AIを活用したデータ分析を行い、コンサルティング組織の支援や業務効率化に寄与いただきます。具体的には、顧客データや市場動向を分析し、新たなビジネス機会の発掘や既存のサービスの最適化を図ります。また、分析結果を基に戦略的な提案を行い、事業部門と連携して実行計画を策定していただきます。私たちのチームでは、分析用のダッシュボード構築などは全て内製で行っており、SQLによるデータ抽出、データの整形、ダッシュボードの構築、AI機能の組み合わせ、ユーザーへの展開など一通りの「ビジュアル分析サイクル」のスキルを身に付けていただくことができます。また、業務においては同社グループの他事業を含む様々な組織間で連携を行い、データ分析を通じた業務課題の解決に挑戦いただけます。
