Responsibilities

• CDMO事業の営業（フロント）チームの一員として、海外顧客（主にインド）との受注・出荷管理、売上予測（Forecast）管理、収益予実管理を含むオペレーション業務を実行、及び精度向上を推進する。
• 複数の課題・タスクを同時に管理し、進捗を把握しながら課題を特定し、迅速に解決策の提案・実行を行う。
  • 製品化前の生産技術移転、契約締結、QMSデザインプロセスの推進、製品化後の商用販売、出荷支援等
• 海外顧客との価格交渉や問題解決、調整業務をリードし、顧客満足度と収益性の両立を図る。
• 市場・顧客情報を積極的に収集し、データ分析に基づく売上向上のための戦略提案を実施。
• サプライチェーン、生産、R&D、品質保証、経理、法務などのクロスファンクションチームとの連携を強化し、合意形成に向けた調整を行い、プロジェクトを円滑に推進。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 戦略系または総合系コンサルティングファーム、もしくは事業会社でのオペレーション改善・PMO経験

歓迎条件：

• 海外営業管理または海外事業管理の経験
• 受注・出荷・Forecast管理を含むオペレーション業務の経験
• 海外顧客との価格交渉や契約締結の経験
• 医療機器業界またはヘルスケア関連業界での経験
