Responsibilities

• BCM体制構築・改善、BCP策定推進

-社内関係者と連携し、危機対応体制整備、重要事業のBCP策定推進

• 分析・モニタリング

-事業部、個社のBCP策定状況、グループ内の連携スキームのモニタリング

• 訓練の企画・実施

-初動対応及びBCPの実効性確認及び向上のため、グループワイドな訓練を計画、実施

• 重要会議等の運営

-BCP分科会の運営及びグループリスクコンプライアンス委員会でのBCP関連Agenda設定及び経営への報告

• 業務改善

-AI／RPAを活用した業務改善

Requirements

• BCP、リスク管理、内部監査、総務等上記業務内容に関連する業務経験、もしくはコンサル、金融機関、メーカーのコーポレートやバックオフィスの業務経験
• コミュニケーション能力：経営層、その他様々なステークホルダーとの折衝の調整力や部署内、他部署連携のチームワーク力
• ビジネス英語力：海外事業のネイティブとの折衝の調整力
• 基本的なPCスキル（Outlook、PowerPoint、Excel、Word等）
• 問題解決能力：調査、分析、企画、資料作成、プレゼンテーションスキル

歓迎要件:

• プロジェクト推進経験（仕組作り、マネジメント、内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション等）
• グローバル企業における業務経験があると尚可
