Responsibilities

同チームは、生命保険会社のソフトウェアのデリバリーにおいて、品質を上げることは当然のことですが、より価値のあるソフトウェアのデリバリーを求め、デリバリースピードと効率性を兼ね備えた品質向上を求めるためのチームです。今回、我々と一緒により高いビジネス価値を提供するためにチャレンジしていただける方を募集しています。業務詳細:

• 要件とテスト戦略に基づいてテスト作業を見積もり、テスト計画を立ててプロジェクト終了まで随時アップデートします。
• 定義されたテスト戦略に基づいて、効果的なテストに適切なテスト方法を選択します。（テストの種類、テスト手法、自動化、ツールなど）
• プロダクトバックログレビュー会議/要件レビュー会議に参加して、ユーザーのストーリーと要件を早期に明確にし、テスターの視点を提供します。
• 要件ごとに期待される結果を持つテスト設計とテストの準備と実行に必要なタスクを作業計画として定義します。
• テスト戦略に基づいてシステム統合テストのシナリオとケースを特定し、テストを実行します。
• 開発者から提供されるシステムテストケースと結果を確認します（開発者＝外部ベンダーの場合）
• コミュニケーションまたは欠陥管理システムを使用して、発見された欠陥およびその他の問題を策定します。
• テストの進捗レポートを随時展開します。
• アプリケーションの回帰テストのためのテスト自動化を推進し、再利用のためにテストケースと自動化スクリプトを保守します。
• どのテストを自動化する必要があるか、どのレベルで、どのツールを使用するかをチームでまとめて定義します。
• プロジェクトの振り返りを行い、PDCAサイクルを実行します。 

Requirements

必須条件:

• ソフトウェア開発またはテストの経験
• プロジェクトやソフトウェア保守でのチームリーダー経験
• 英語（レポート&会話が可能）
