Responsibilities: 所属いただく事業部は金融機関向け、とくに決済システムを重点領域とし、
キャッシュレス・デジタル金融の拡大に合わせて事業を推進しています。国の中核を担う新決済システム構築プロジェクトにおいて、
海外パッケージベンダを活用しつつ、事業戦略と整合したシステム像の検討・提案をリードいただきます。事業企画・SE・研究開発などを横断し、海外ベンダとの折衝や英語でのコミュニケーションを担う【リーダー人材】

■ポジションについて
デジタル決済・デジタル通貨を核に、政府・政府系金融機関・民間金融機関と共創。強靭かつ利便性の高い決済インフラを構築し、新たなデジタル金融ビジネスの創出を牽引します。
■具体的な業務内容
海外決済PKGを前提とした提案フェーズのチームリード
事業／システム要件・制約の整理、RFI／RFP構成案・提案骨子の策定
海外PKGベンダとの英語会議・メールでの要件確認、QA取りまとめ
企画・営業・アプリ・インフラ・R&Dを巻き込む論点整理・対応方針の主導
スケジュール／体制／リスク等のプロジェクト計画に反映、進捗・課題管理
上位マネジメント／顧客向け資料作成・説明・レビュー対応
受注後：PKG適用方針検討、機能／非機能／IFの調整、ベンダ管理を牽引
※プロジェクトの進捗や調整状況によっては、海外PKGベンダ拠点への出張が発生する場合があります。
■配属組織／チームについて
本プロジェクトは、20代～50代のメンバーで構成された大規模プロジェクト提案チームにとなります。（プレフェーズで約30名規模を想定）。フロントSEだけでなく、営業・企画・研究開発など他部門とも密に連携しながら、国の中核を担う新規決済システムの構想・提案を進めていく環境です。立場や職種を超えて意見を出し合う文化があり、自ら論点を提起し、周囲を巻き込みながら物事を動かすことが好きな方にフィットするチームです。 ■魅力ポイント
