Responsibilities

■東証プライム上場のグローバルヘルスケアメーカーにて【法務・英文契約担当】を募集いたします■

契約法務（英文）を中心に企業法務業務を幅広く担当していただきます。

▼具体的な業務内容

• 各種契約書の作成、審査、交渉
• 各種訴訟案件、係争案件の対応
• M&A案件、プロジェクト案件対応-取締役会事務局対応
• 各種法務相談対応
• その他、トラブル対応やコンプライアンス対応業務

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 英文契約のレビュー/ドラフティングの経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル

■歓迎条件：

• 上場企業での法務経験
• 日本もしくは米国の弁護士資格
• 海外での勤務経験
