MD戦略の立案、実行

ターゲットジャンル、アイテムの選定

メーカー／ブランドとの交渉、調整

商材の販売計画の立案

プロモーション計画の立案、実行

ページ制作など、外部ベンダーとの連携

在庫管理

事業の収益獲得に向けての取り組み

Requirements

必須条件：

• Amazon家電バイヤー経験、または家電小売業（実店舗・オンライン問わず）での家電バイヤー経験（3年以上）
• データドリブンなビジネス推進経験（3年以上）：データに基づいた仮説構築、実行、検証サイクルを回し、成果に繋げた経験
• マネジメント経験：カテゴリ組織のマネジメント経験（KPI設計と達成管理、メンバー育成など）
• オーナーシップを持って、自身の担当領域に留まらず、事業全体の売上・利益に責任を持ち、主体的に課題解決に取り組める方
