- 財務チームは円貨・外貨の支払業務、為替リスクヘッジ、多通貨でのキャッシュマネジメント、取引先審査、商品の輸出入決済、新規国における貿易フロー構築等多岐に渡る役割を担います。
銀行・証券などの金融機関との協業や決済、資金運用・調達、為替取引など日々の様々な金融取引も行っています。またグローバルヘッドクォーターとして、内部統制のポリシー策定、その執行状況のモニタリング・指導も行います。
これらをいくつかのチームにおいて業務分担しており、選考における適性をもとに配属されたチームで、チームメンバーと協業しながら課題の発見と解決をリード頂きます。
