Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 日本の自動車メーカー様からの技術要求を集める
• 次世代製品(高電圧用コネクター、高速通信用コネクター等)への顧客要求の反映
• 本社や海外のエンジニアチームと連携し、日本の顧客要求に即したコネクターの開発をリード
• 事務所の営業部隊およびマーケティングチームとの連携
• 今後市場が延びる高速通信用コネクタや高電圧用コネクターの開発を主に担当していただきます。

Requirements

必須要件：

• オープンなマインドセットで積極的に学び、グローバルチームど協力して働くことが出来る
• 技術的な仕事の経験がある、工学部の学位またはそれと同等の学力
• 顧客及び海外拠点とのコミュニケーションに必要なネイティブレベルの日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力 (TOEIC 600点以上が望ましい）

歓迎要件：

• 自動車業界、特にコネクターやワイヤーハーネス関連の製品知識や業務経験
• プレゼンテーション力と交渉力
