- グループ(株)の主計（会計・税務）担当
- グループ(株)の投資、社債資本、特許等の会計・税務処理
- 会社法・有価証券報告書作成・株主総会対応
- 法人税申告書（FTC、CFC含む）の作成・税務調査への対応
- グループ内外の組織再編において経理・税務面からの検討や助言、実施対応
- ガバナンス強化のための横断的な啓発活動への参画
- 関連部署からの相談へのサポート、経理・税務面からの検討や助言を実施
- 各種プロジェクトへの対応 など
- Requirements

必須要件:下記いずれかのご経験
- 事業会社で主計業務（法人税の基本別表作成を含む）を３年以上経験されている方
- 法人税の申告業務を３年以上経験されている方（タックスヘイブン対策税制の知識・経験があれば尚可）
- 税理士（法人税）あるいは会計士の有資格者尚可
