- ■求人概要：仕事内容は、製品の品質管理業務で、製作工場への出張検査も含まれます。機械工学を専攻し、技術系職種の経験と英語力（TOEIC600点以上）が必要です。勤務地は外注工場が多く、頻繁に出張がありますが、調整によりON/OFFが取れます。
■業務内容：高炉・コークス炉・電気炉などの製鉄プラント向け製品の外注工場における品質管理業務です。当社は自社工場を持っていないため、モノづくりを国内及び海外の外注工場（中国、韓国、台湾など）に発注しています。健全な製品をお客様に納入するため、製作工場へ出張し、検査を行っております。要求品質の達成に向けた品質管理計画の立案も重要な業務です。これらの検査計画から、工場へ検査指示するための検査要領書を事前に発行し、検査完了後には、検査成績書を発行し、お客様に検査報告します。
■アピールポイント：製鉄は工業の最上流に位置し、その生産活動を当社製品が支えていることから、非常に重要な役割を果たしていると日々感じています。製鉄機械はダイナミックな印象を持たれますが、業界内の位置付から、止められない機械でもあり、その製作管理には高精度が要求されるところもあり、この相反する要素が面白いところです。
■働き方：【出張】平均週1回程度(2～3日)。繁忙期は月の半分程度出張となりますが、土日は帰宅できるように調整するなど、ON/OFFが取れる運用です。
