Responsibilities

• デジタル技術を用いた業務プロセスの自動化を通じた変革を推進する
• 社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、自動化に適したデジタル技術の実装を推進する
• グローバルでの自動化ソリューション提供体制において、国内ITシステムオーナーとして、グローバルレポートライン上でサービス提供業務を推進する
• 複数の自動化プラットフォームのガバナンス管理、パフォーマンス確保を行う
• プラットフォームのライセンス、インフラ使用状況、サポートコストの管理と最適化を行う
• 自動化ソリューションのKPI設定と効果測定を実施する
• Process Design Document(PDD)の作成とガバナンスを担当する
• グローバルおよび地域のOCMチームと連携し、変更管理を支援する

Requirements

応募条件:

• ITスキル:UiPath、Microsoft Power Platform、Appian、ServiceNowなどの企業レベルプラットフォームでの10年以上の経験
• システムアーキテクチャ、ソフトウェア開発、統合、テスト手法の深い知識
• クライアント企業または自社の業務プロセス変革を目的とした自動化案件の企画・実行経験
• グローバル/マルチリージョン環境での業務経験
