外資、キャリア、専業DC事業者等のGTM戦略の立案と実行
グローバルデータセンターM&S(Marketing & Sales)のとの連携会議、セクター横断での中長期戦略の立案、及び、マーケット動向の確認
業界のトレンドやニーズ等、価値起点も視野に入れた情報収集・分析を通じて社会イノベーション事業への貢献を通した業績への寄与
【働く環境】配属組織は、2024年4月から新たに組織されたグループになり、若手社員の意見も大いに取り入れながら事業拡大というミッションに向かって推進している。また少数精鋭の組織であり、役職以上の権限で仕事を推進することができる。
勤務形態は、デフォルトで1回/週の出社があり、在宅勤務/オフィス勤務を自分のペースで選択できる。また、有給休暇についても自分の都合で取りやすく、組織としても有給休暇の取得を推奨している。
